If we experience a high volume of orders or delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly by email.

We currently ship orders within United Sates using trusted courier partners.
Estimated delivery time: 10–15 business days after dispatch.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Damages & Lost Packages

Encantados.org is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping.
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
Save all packaging materials and damaged items before filing a claim.
